Sustainability at Leading Talent

At Leading Talent, we are committed to contributing to the achievement of a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future and our commitment to being carbon negative reflects our dedication to sustainability, responsible business practices, and the well-being of our planet.

We initially focused our sustainability efforts on becoming Carbon Neutral, which we achieved in 2022 through calculation of our remote workers’ activities and emissions and offset of our carbon footprint.

We are now ready to take the next step in our sustainability journey and to address this issue head-on.  Leading Talent is taking a proactive approach to not only mitigate our carbon footprint but go beyond that by striving to become Carbon Negative, demonstrated by our offset of double that required based on our emissions to date.  

We partner with environmentally focused organisations and are in the process of implementing comprehensive strategies to offset the CO2 emissions tied to our remote workforce’s operations.  This initiative ensures that every project, every meeting, and every task performed by our remote workers leaves a positive mark on the planet.

By taking these actions, we are not only demonstrating our commitment to environmental responsibility but also empowering our remote workforce to make a meaningful difference.
