Introduction

Leading Talent Ltd are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We continue to work with our suppliers to reflect our zero-tolerance stance to use of modern slaves and human trafficking through our supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for our financial year ending 31 March 2022.

Leading Talent Ltd operates as an employment agency and employment business supplying recruitment solutions across all industry sectors.

Our Policies

Our policies and procedures are based on our legal responsibilities under the various acts and regulations pertaining to an employment agency and these serve to reinforce what we consider to be a moral code of conduct that should be applied at all times in every aspect of our business.

All Policies are developed by the Human Resources Department and authorised by the Board of Directors. All policies are reviewed on an annual basis or as necessary pending legal requirements.

Our Supply Chain

When engaging with suppliers, we ask for evidence of their processes and policies, including commitments around modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, human rights, and whistle-blowing.

Our Training

All of our staff receive awareness-raising information around issues involving modern slavery and human trafficking, so that they can bring any concerns they have to the attention of management. To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we will provide training to our staff.

Leading Talent Ltd believes in seeking continuous improvement opportunities to raising standards. We will look to develop our policies, procedures and training to support our corporate and individual social responsibilities.
